I’ve read The Ghost & Mrs. McClure by Alice Kimberly (https://myreadersblock.blogspot.com/2025/10/the-ghost-mrs-mcclure.html)

20th Century Ghosts by Joe Hill
As with many anthologies, the stories were a mixed bag. There were good stories, and not so good stories, but 20th Century Ghosts, Pop Art and Voluntary Committal/i> makes the book well worth reading. There are several other stories that come close to great: dark, satisfying stories. They certainly run the gamut, so there’s probably something for everyone.
Do you like a kid turned into a locust? There’s something for you? A zombie movie that brings people together? Again, something for you.
Joe Hill is fast becoming one of my favorite writers. I’ve read several of his books and have rarely been disappointed. This book just solidifies his place on my list. He’s fast gaining on his dad.
I just reviewed The Last House on Needless Street: https://readingbooksagain.blogspot.com/2025/10/the-last-house-on-needless-street.html?m=1
