Favorite Holiday Eats, Treats, & Drinks – #MonthofFaves

December 2, 2024

We’re past Pumpkin Spice season and well on our way to Peppermint Mocha season! My favorite time of year. Spending time in the kitchen is something I really enjoy. I regularly feature my cooking and baking adventures on Instagram as well as weekly #coffeeandbooks posts on #mugMonday! Today I’m featuring a few favorites…

Favorite Drink:

Coffee: Lavender Vanilla Latte
Soda: Dr. Pepper
Adult Beverage: Classic Lemon Drop or a Blackberry Sour or something on tap

Favorite Cookie:

This is a hard one! I’d say White Chocolate Macadamia Nut cookies are my very favorite. But I also really like classic shortbread or butter cookies, peanut butter cookies, jam thumbprints, and snickerdoodles.

Favorite Eats:

I could eat Mexican food or Thai food every day and not get tired of it. I also love Indian food, mashed potatoes & gravy, breakfast food for dinner, salmon, falafel, burgers, southwest chicken salad, and this pasta dish that they make at our local brew pub. I honestly just love food.

Favorite Treat or Dessert:

Pie. I don’t like cake so I always have birthday pie instead. We also had pie instead of cake at our wedding. I also love raspberry bars, Reeses PB shakes, my mom’s caramel corn, and hot fudge sundaes.

Favorite Candy:

Reeses – but not the cups, it’s gotta be the Reeses Pumpkins or Christmas Trees. Also, Butterfinger, Sour Patch Kids, and Junior Mints.
